A place of rest

Our farm is located to the west of the Styrian capital Graz. It offers our Herdwicks large, green meadows. A hill to the west and a forest to the east make for quiet and peace, the kind that is hard to find any more in our busy, industrialized world. This is why at dusk you can not only see our sheep in their pen, but regularly one can also watch a few deer and other wild animals crossing the terrain.

This little paradise exists thanks to three generations of farmers who have cultivated and cared for the land since 1893 and passed it on to their children. Relatives and friends help us maintain everything and carry out every-day tasks – week after week, month after month, every season, and every year. That’s country life.
